This was our first time working with a realtor to purchase a home and WOW, what a difference Pam and her team made. From putting together the seller contract all the way to funding, Pam and her team were there to make it happen. The end result was Pam got us the highest per square foot price ever paid for any home sold in our neighborhood. Even as interest rates started to rise and prices started to fall the Briggs team sold our home in just 18 days. We contribute this to Pam's dedication to achieving perfection. From the professionally shot photographs by an outside photographer to her amazing video cinemaphotography that should have won her an Oscar. Our house captured the hearts of the buyers and left them wanting to see more. Her clear and consistent communication with the buyer's agent and us to make this sale happen was perfect.
