    Southern California Real Estate Market Update

    Here is your update on the current and projected market for Southern California for October 2020:

     

    // The active listing inventory has remained relatively flat. We are still seeing the lowest level of inventory since tracking in 2012. Inventory level is expected to drop further by the end of the year.

     

    // Demand, the number of pending sales over the prior month, decreased 3% in the last month but is still 25% more than this time last year.

     

    // Expected market time of 38 days indicates a hot Seller’s Market for nearly all of Southern California.

     

    // The presidential election may cause consumers to watch and wait in the weeks to come. But the real estate market isn’t rocky… it’s rock solid. And delaying plans could mean missing out on once-in-a-lifetime affordability.
